Tell your Military friends that housing is available at Tyndall AFB. If they move in, you could receive a gift check for $100 for every home that is leased.

It’s “win - win.” You’ll have your friends as neighbors. And once they have fulfilled 60 days of their lease, you will receive your $100 gift check. To be sure you qualify to receive your gift check, make sure your friends inform the Resident Specialist that you referred them to Balfour Beatty Communities when they first come to visit!

Here’s how it works:

1. Refer a friend or family to move into Tyndall AFB family housing.
2. Make sure your friends inform the Resident Specialist that you referred them when they are ready to lease housing.
3. Once your friends have fulfilled 60 days of their lease you will receive a $100 gift check.
4. You’ll receive a $100 for each referral that signs a lease. So talk it up!
