Welcome to the Balfour Beatty Communities (formerly GMH Military Housing) residential community at Tyndall Air Force Base located in the Northern Panhandle Region of Florida. “The Panhandle” is probably the least well known part of Florida because of its location and climate which is more temperate than the rest of the state. Pensacola, an unhurried community with a blend of Spanish and French architecture and a beach area that is a delight for those looking to slow down their hurried pace for awhile ... Panama City with its 27 miles of magnificent beaches and the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico ... and miles and miles of dazzling small towns, parks and beaches, perfect for snorkeling, swimming, picnicking, bicycling, hiking, antiquing and shopping.
